Worth It? – Meeting Cost (iPhone and iPad) · Last updated 28 October 2026
Worth It? shows what a meeting costs from its attendees' rates. It is built so that your information stays on your device. There are no accounts, no ads, no analytics and no tracking.
What stays on your device
The attendees, rates, crews, meeting history, alerts and settings you enter are stored only on your iPhone or iPad. We do not run a server and never receive this data. If your device backup (for example iCloud Backup) is turned on, it is included in that backup under Apple's control, like any other app data. Deleting the app deletes the data.
What leaves your device
-
Exchange rates. To convert currencies, the app downloads public exchange
rates from
ExchangeRate-API
(
open.er-api.com). The request contains no information about you or your meetings; like any web request, it reveals your device's IP address to that service. The rates are cached on your device. - Purchases. The optional one-time "Pro" unlock is bought through Apple's App Store. Apple processes the payment under Apple's Privacy Policy; we do not receive your payment details. The app checks your purchase with Apple on the device.
Nothing else is sent. Cost and time alerts are local notifications scheduled on your device. A summary image is only shared when you choose to share it, to the destination you pick.
What we collect
Nothing. We do not collect, store, sell or share personal data, and the app contains no third-party analytics, advertising or tracking code.
Children
The app is not directed at children and collects no data from anyone.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
